Fully-integrated Sedibelo Resources Limited (SRL) is involved in the exploration, development, operation and processing of Platinum Group Metals (PGM) mineral deposits in the Bushveld Complex (BC) in South Africa, one of the richest ore deposits in the world. Having already produced some 1.5m 4PGE (Platinum Group Elements) ounces since March 2009 with more to come, SRL has successfully weathered the storm of depressed metals prices and emerged cash positive, ready to grow responsibly and take advantage of improved market conditions.
SRL enjoys proprietary access to Kell Technology as a cost-efficient alternative to the conventional smelting of PGMs, thereby anticipating beneficiation, energy and cost advantages as well as a reduction in CO2 and SO2 emissions.
SRL’s PGM assets are geographically diversified and are situated on both the Western and Eastern Limbs of the BC*.

The shallow underground ore bodies owned by SRL represent a potential LoM of more than 50 years and a bankable feasibility study (excluding Mphahlele Merensky Ore and Ruighoek) of these assets is completed.
Currently, SRL is mining on the Western Limb as Pilanesberg Platinum Mines (PPM).
SRL’s Pilanesberg Platinum Mines (PPM) is situated in the Pilanesberg, in the BC, 207km west of Johannesburg.
In December 2020 SRL announced the expansion of operations at PPM into contiguous deposits of Sedibelo Central, Magazynskraal and Kruidfontein – known as the Triple Crown properties with an estimated resource base in excess of 60 million 4PGE ounces, considered one of the world’s largest undeveloped PGM deposits. The expansion will include the construction of a 110,000 tonnes beneficiation plant, employing cost- and energy-efficient Kell Technology.
